Who is this Andal and The First men?

Who is this Andal and the first men. If you watching carefully the game of thrones you must here this words. 6000 years before Aegon's Landing, several major houses and kingdoms were established by the First Men and peace with the Children of the Forest was holding strong. Yet, across the Narrow Sea, in the continent of Essos, a movement was stirring that would soon threaten everything the First Men and Children had created.

In the Hills of Andalos, The Seven Gods of the Andal tribesmen appeared before them and unified the tribes under Hugor of the Hill, First King of the Andals. It is said "the Father" brought down seven stars from the sky to make his crown. "The Maid" found him a supple young bride and "the Mother" made her fertile. As predicted by 'the Crone' King Hugor's wife bore him 44 mighty sons. "The Warrior" gave them strength and "The Smith" forged their weapons and suits of iron plate. There was also a Seventh god that appeared before the Tribesmen.

A Stranger with the blessings of the gods, Andal warriors carved a Seven Pointed Star into their skin and sailed their ships West with conquest in their hearts. The Andals arrived in an area known as the Fingers, in what would later become the Vale of Arryn. The First Men and Children rose up in defiance of the Eastern invaders, but the superior weapons and armor of the Andals led them to rapid expansion across the continent. Over the next several hundred years, the tall and fair haired Andals came in great waves across the Narrow sea, and slowly the Kingdoms and Houses of the First Men fell, replaced by the Andal nobility.

The Andal Invaders introduced Iron, Steel and writing to the Continent. The concept of Chivalry and Knighthood also took root from Andal culture. It was only in the North, at the Stonghold of Moat Cailin that the Andal conquest was halted. The Kings of Winter and their bannermen in the North, threw back the Andal invaders and kept the Kingdom under First men control. As the Andals conquered, their Faith spread rapidly and the continent divided, with the First Men of the North continuing to Worship the old gods, and the Southern Kingdoms worshipping the Seven. In the Iron Islands, the Andals defeated House Greyiron and took control of the territory. However, the Faith of the Seven could not break the iron will of the people. And rather than demanding the conversion of the Iron Born, the Andal conquerors adopted the Drowned God as their own. It was not only the First Men who suffered from the Invasion of the Andals. It is said the Invaders considered the Children of the Forest abominations and killed them wherever they were encountered.

They also burned the weir wood trees and over the centuries the Children all but disappeared from the continent. Either dying off or being pushed far into the North beyond the Wall they helped build thousands of years before. In the wake of the Andal conquest six new southern Kingdoms were raised, the Kingdom of Mountain and Vale, the Kingdom of the Rock, the Kingdom of the Reach, the Kingdom of the Iron Islands, the Kingdom of the River and the Kingdom of the Stormlands. With the new Andal Kingdoms established and the Faith of the Seven firmly entrenched in the Southern territories, Westeros was transformed. But no lasting peace was to come. The New Kingdoms would continue to fight and maneuver against each other for greater control of the Continent, and though unification was often attempted the Game of Thrones would always continue.
